CBX Shopify hands your Shopify orders to The Frozen Food Courier™ for temperature-controlled delivery, and syncs the delivery tracking back onto each order — automatically. Because Shopify is a closed platform, nothing installs in your store: the whole integration runs on our secure Cibarix™ platform and talks to Shopify for you.
How it works

- The order is fulfilled in Shopify with the courier waybill as its tracking number.

Which Shopify plan do I need?
- Any plan, including Basic — the full courier service: automated order hand-off, temperature-controlled delivery, and the order marked fulfilled with its waybill as the tracking number. Delivery rates at checkout use zone-based pricing for your serviceable areas.
- Advanced or Plus — we can additionally offer live, address-accurate rates at checkout. This follows Shopify’s own rules: Shopify permits real-time carrier-calculated rates only on the Advanced plan and higher (or the mid plan on annual billing, or Shopify’s carrier-calculated-shipping add-on). On other plans, zone rates are used.
