CBX Woo Connector
CBX Woo Connector by The Frozen Food Courier™ links your WooCommerce store to our courier network. It has two independent engines you switch on when ready — both start off, so installing it changes nothing until you configure it. You manage everything from the Cibarix™ → Connector console in wp-admin.
What it does
- Dispatch (outbound) — when you mark an order ready, the connector sends it to the courier and a waybill is created.
- Status (inbound) — the courier’s delivery updates come back into your store and move the order along (e.g. Dispatched → Delivered).
The settings, and why they matter
- Dispatch mode (Off / Shadow / Live) — Live sends orders that reach your chosen trigger status; Shadow rehearses without really sending, so you can watch it before going live.
- Which orders (the gate) — “All orders” sends every triggered order; “TFFC-shipped only” sends just those that chose a TFFC shipping method. On a store without a TFFC shipping method, “TFFC-shipped only” would drop everything — so use All orders on connector-only stores.
- Status mode + status map — with Status Live, incoming updates move the order; the map decides what each courier status shows as in your store. Leave one blank to record a note only.
- Merchant short code — your store’s identifier with the courier; incoming updates are matched to orders by it, so it must be set for Status to work.
The console’s Flow tab draws these settings as a live, self-checking diagram, and its Help tab walks through each one with a link straight to the setting.
Installing & updating
We supply the plugin as a signed zip; upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload and activate. After that it updates itself through WordPress from our secure hub — no manual re-uploads. It needs WooCommerce.
