Build with The Frozen Food Courier®
The Frozen Food Courier® runs its refrigerated courier network on CBX Platform, the first working release of Cibarix™, our vision of an operating system for South Africa’s cold chain, from farm to fork. Everything our team uses to quote, book and track a cold-chain delivery is open to you too: as plugins for your online store, as an API for your own systems, and as a connection for AI assistants.
CBX Carrier API
Check whether we deliver to an address, get a live rate, and book a shipment or a multi-drop consignment, all in a few calls. Rates are in rand, excluding VAT, from our current rate card. Every request uses an API key we issue to you.

CBX Subscriptions: live delivery status
Give us an HTTPS address and we send you a signed message every time one of your shipments changes status: collected, out for delivery, delivered. If your system doesn’t answer, we try again.

Connect your AI assistant (MCP)
Our MCP gateway lets AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT work with our courier service directly. Once connected, your assistant can check whether we deliver to an address, get a rate, and check a shipment or consignment before you book it. You sign in once and approve what it may use. It can only read: it can’t book or change anything on your behalf.
