Refrigerated Air Freight
Our stop rates exclude 3PL or long-haul cold logistics. All prices VAT exclusive. Volumetric factor: 6000 — charged on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Minimum charge: 7 kg per consignment.

Courier Terms
Please ensure you review our full terms and conditions. Our service fees do not include 3rd party temperature-controlled logistics partners required to move produce between the coast and Gauteng.
- Charged per transfer based on shared schedule
- Delivery per transfer: 60 kg or less
- Above 60 kg: R4.50/kg surcharge (ex-VAT) up to 600 kg
- Above 600 kg: individualised quotation required
- Transfers outside shared schedule require individual quotation
Air Cargo Terms
- Goods must reach SFE pick-up point at least 120 minutes before scheduled flight time
- Last-minute amendments incur a Waybill Amendment Fee
- Mis-declaration penalty: up to R1,000 (ex-VAT) per waybill
- Max dimensions per piece: H 100cm × L 80cm × W 80cm
- Max weight per piece: 30 kg
General Service Terms
- Same-day collect and deliver only available if collection is on route and part of our schedule — otherwise next business day
- We do not service distribution centres or retail outlets (SPAR, Checkers, Pick n Pay, etc.)
- Maximum load preferred: 860 kg (trucks rated 1,000 kg)
- Vehicle height: 2.6 m — cannot enter underground facilities
- Freezers programmable from −20°C to 0°C
- We do not freeze down goods and cannot accommodate fresh produce
- Specific temperature requirements: Half Day or Full Day rate applies
